WHO WE ARE
We are a group of professionals from different areas, concerned with the environment and with what seems to be an inability to stop projects that are highly harmful, not only for the environment but also for people, for human health, for the territory, for the resources natural that belong to all but are being destroyed by some. WATER, AIR, EARTH . Without them there is no life on Earth.
We are a group of people who want to turn concern into ACTION .
Action with groups of citizens who are faced with projects that will jeopardize their way of life, their health, their territory and the entire surrounding environment.
Action with those whom the administration ignores whenever information or documents are requested.
Action with the public administration. Questioning, demanding explanations, requesting information, filing complaints.
Action before the Administrative Courts. Halting some projects is absolutely necessary, putting judges to look at the facts of some projects, to look at the potential damage, at the miserable environmental impact assessments that are carried out... This action is absolutely necessary.

WHAT WE DO
We use the courts to protect the environment
We fight intensive agriculture , a real plague for the territory and for the inhabitants of the regions where it is practiced
We are responsible for environmental crimes that are practiced every day throughout this Portugal
We denounce the greenwashing that sells what is bad for good. Information is necessary, reporting is essential
We help protect populations against unruly extractivism, which will increasingly be a huge destroyer of territories
We help groups of citizens to interpret and envision what to do when faced with an environmental impact assessment
We help protect biodiversity
CLEAN AIR, DRINKING WATER, A HEALTHY ENVIRONMENT ARE ALL RIGHTS.
- It is necessary to fight an energy transition that wants to be made at the expense of populations and territory;
- It is necessary to fight for the transparency of procedures, for access to processes, for access to documents.
