OURS PROJECTS Create a sufficiently robust financial fund that allows us to do two things: 1st Financially complement crowdfunding projects that are taking place to deal with situations that are harmful to the environment and, at the same time, provide all the legal support necessary for these causes; 2. Initiate, on its own and in accordance with a criterion of urgency and impact dimension, popular actions with the administrative courts and that allow, without depending on anyone, to stop projects with a high environmental impact. ​ To achieve these goals we need to create a fund that is strong enough to allow us to: . Funding lawsuits against projects with a significant high impact on the environment; . Fund campaigns through social networks; . Develop campaigns with public entities, Government, parliamentary groups, in order to implement legislative measures or correct some already in force; . PROJECT 02 No one disputes the need for us to make a transition from energy production based on fossil fuels to cleaner forms of energy. The problem is that this transition is being made at the expense of productive agricultural land, at the expense of the soil's ability to retain water, at the expense of the destruction of biodiversity, at the expense of other economic activities already in place. It is necessary to look at these projects for what they are. Environmental attacks disguised as "green energy". It is necessary to dispute in court the results of environmental impact assessments that are tailored to the promoters of these projects; it is necessary to stop issuing licenses for thousands more panels solar. In fact, these projects represent a lot of suffering in many parts of the globe, from where the metals needed to manufacture, among others, lithium batteries are taken. WHO WE ARE We are a group of professionals from different areas, concerned with the environment and with what seems to be an inability to stop projects that are highly harmful, not only for the environment but also for people, for human health, for the territory, for the resources natural that belong to all but are being destroyed by some. WATER, AIR, EARTH . Without them there is no life on Earth. We are a group of people who want to turn concern into ACTION . Action with groups of citizens who are faced with projects that will jeopardize their way of life, their health, their territory and the entire surrounding environment. Action with those whom the administration ignores whenever information or documents are requested. Action with the public administration. Questioning, demanding explanations, requesting information, filing complaints. Action before the Administrative Courts. Halting some projects is absolutely necessary, putting judges to look at the facts of some projects, to look at the potential damage, at the miserable environmental impact assessments that are carried out... This action is absolutely necessary. ​ VOLUNTEERS, JURISTS, LANDSCAPERS, ENGINEERS, ACTIVISTS, FARMERS . These are U.S! WHAT WE DO We use the courts to protect the environment We fight intensive agriculture , a real plague for the territory and for the inhabitants of the regions where it is practiced We are responsible for environmental crimes that are practiced every day throughout this Portugal We denounce the greenwashing that sells what is bad for good. Information is necessary, reporting is essential We help protect populations against unruly extractivism, which will increasingly be a huge destroyer of territories We help groups of citizens to interpret and envision what to do when faced with an environmental impact assessment We help protect biodiversity CLEAN AIR, DRINKING WATER, A HEALTHY ENVIRONMENT ARE ALL RIGHTS. - It is necessary to fight an energy transition that wants to be made at the expense of populations and territory; - It is necessary to fight for the transparency of procedures, for access to processes, for access to documents. ​

PROJECT 01 It is a project that is already underway. The protection of a wetland in the municipality of Lagoa | Algarve. Although small, a study carried out by a local environmental association revealed that this space is used over the years by about 114 species of birds. In addition to the importance of saving all the wetlands that still exist and that survive the human vortex, it is important to save the species that use Alagoas, some of them with a conservation status that puts them close to extinction.
